About Ganeshpuri
Ganeshpuri is about 80km north of Mumbai in the Thane District. The area is surrounded by hills and is green and lush druing the rainy season (July-August).
Ganeshpuri is the home of the Siddha Yoga tradition of Bhagawan Nityananda and Baba Muktananda.
Ganeshpuri is well known for its hot springs near the Tansa river, behind the samadhi shrine and temple of Bhagawan Nityananda.
Many suburbs of Mumbai are only 1.5 to 2 hours way. There are nice beaches and shopping centres you can visit.
